Back to gardening, got my hoe and some fertilizer. Let’s go! If we could simplify every physical thing into a seed I think life would be a lot easier. Deyona, what on earth are you talking about? I know, give me a minute. Let the beat build. Any and everything before it came into physical manifestation was just a thought or a seed, and someone acted on that thought. I don’t want to consider myself an accident baby, maybe unexpected but I mean my parents had to have thought about something before they started gardening. But anyway, this isn’t about making babies or growing tomatoes. I just go on these God awful tangents but whatev, stick with me. Whatever we want to manifest we have to look at it like a seed. Now for fruits to grow, the seed has to be planted, watered, given time to grow and then harvest. A seed does you no good in the bag, or the sack, whatever famers put them in, those brown tweed looking farm bags, you get it. It does you no good outside of soil, which is the realm of where it can grow. Dirt is not just for eating, Phil and Lil, it’s like the womb in which your baby grows. I’m all over with these analogies. So seed needs soil, but any ol’ soil just won’t do. You have to sow your seed into good ground. One without thorns, one that isn’t rocky, one that is deep enough to contain and maintain a root system. Look at me sounding all smart, “root system”, typing like I got on overalls and what not. So boom, seed + good ground + nourishment (water) + time = harvest. Whatever I physically want to see manifest in my life is first a thought (seed), I am the soil, meaning I need to be good ground. I need to believe and not waver that this seed will manifest. I need to not get distracted and deterred by the opposing forces of the world which will produce thorns that’ll choke my seeds. I need to be grounded and have roots so that when things get tough and the heat comes on it won’t scorch, burn and wither away my seed. Good ground is being firmly rooted in what you believe. My seed being in good ground now needs to be watered, it needs some love and attention. It is not enough to just say you believe, real belief produces action! You have to work on your goals and towards your dreams, it won’t just fall out the sky into your lap all willy nilly. You have to be persistent and consistent on watering your seed. Feed your faith, starve your doubts. Then, patience; things worth having, things of substance usually take time. This isn’t the microwave, 2 minute hungry man meal Matilda’s dad eats on his fold out table. You get no substantial benefits from microwavable food, it fills you up temporarily and leaves you with nada health benefits but that organic, home grown, it’s about more than temporarily being fulfilled. We have to know to feed and water the right seeds in our lives, we can give too much attention to the wrong thing and then wonder why it’s so prevalent in our life. What you focus on the most is what your feeding and giving life to. So plant the seeds you want to see, make sure you have a heart that’s able to properly care for that seed and be consistent in watering and working towards manifesting. No weeds here.
